Hi Everyone. It has been almost 5 years since we have owned a truck to tow our Avion 5er with. However, that has all changed. As of last night we are the proud owners of a 2005 Ford F550 crewcab. We are so excited. Now we just have to get the Avion back in road-worthy shape. Hopefully we can get the new roof put on in a week or two since the straightline winds ripped the original roof to pieces. We cannot wait to be able to go camping again.

Sounds like with a new roof you are ready to roll again. We fulltime in a Avion 5er, nice to see others that love their Avion 5er.

I'll get some pictures up as soon as the storms let up. Have to get off now as high winds are back with blue sky and wind. After last night I will take the wind but have to be very careful of power outages around here. Bye for now.
