Our New Winnebago Profile View

Full body paint, just gorgeous. A few quality control issues but hope we can work through those.

I agree. Congrats. How are you going to get in with that sticker on the door? . You may have to bust the seal. Enjoy.

Not all beer and skittles quite yet. We have a few quality control issues that are very discouraging as we feel they really should have been caught by the dealer.
The rig is gorgeous though.

How are you managing the weird bed setup...are there still gaps between the matresses?

I took the oak rails off and laminated a new piece of oak behind each one to make the rail wider on each side. Then I replaced the rubber topped screw with some type of hard plastic spacer that the screw goes through. Now the platform stays in place and the milled out recesses on the forward edge drop over the plastic spacers and lock everything in place.
I figured if I made the 3 hour round trip to the dealer and complained they would order another. Then I would get another "standard sized" (probably die or CNC cut) platform that is still undersized.
I'm happy with my fix. Looks good. We also replaced the foam in the mattresses with latex though don't have them back to give a report. The stock foam was way too hard.

Sorry no interior pics. If you can get the factory brochure, those pics are hard to beat. They do lack in bathroom area pics though.
Been too busy to get out in the thing much but did take a recent 2 day outing. We have replaced the brick hard factory foam with latex foam. Much improved and very comfortable. Not cheap though (1,800).
The thing drives and handles well and easy enough to get around in that no toad required.

As previously reported in another thread, the center bed pull out would not stay on the skinny rails and I had to modify those. That required total disassembly of the bed area but I did a much better job than the dealer would have.
No other serious issues except we are going to ask that the passenger seat be replaces as there is some unsightly puckering in a few seams.
The Bin under the slide out requires you to get on your hands and knees to access it.
The sewer hose included is pretty cheap. It doesn't have any connector on the sewer end you just drop it down the hole. Most of the good quality replacements do not fit in the very short storage tube with a connector connected. Will only accept about an eight foot hose.
The two rear storage doors have square metal latches that protrude into the door opening space and are real hand bitters. I have wacked the back of my hand twice on those and am trying to come up with a fix. Might have to just grind them off.
We are pretty happy with the rig and am looking forward to doing the bourbon trail in August.

We had an Itasca Navion for a while and loved it. If we ever downsize I'd buy another one, and probably the rear side model also.
