Congrats on the new motorhome, looks like you got a Class A and Class C. Long and short trips or saving gas money?

A little of both. We plan on doing ~100K miles in the next 3 years, so we decided to get the ~15 MPG View. The Vectra is for going racing, because we travel with an extra person and often take a 9000# trailer. Additionally, the 24-footer is a little better accepted in many parks - especially COE and such.

If I had my druthers, the Vectra would go everywhere, but it just ain't practical. We tried towing the Dakota with the View, but it wasn't happy. So we bought it a new Escape to play with.

Norm & Janet;

Congratulations on your new View. I see the wisdom in your purchase. As our motor homes get bigger we become more limited where we can park.

Thanks for the picture;
Don

Norm and Janet,
Congratulations on your new View. They are pretty nice rigs and do get great mileage from what I have heard. Good luck and have fun.

I have a friend that tows a large B class unit behind his Prevost. Uses the smaller for a mobile office, even had a Data Storm mounted on it! All I could tell him was, "It must be nice"!
