It's like new inside and out. Previous owner took excellent care of it. He also left all of the stuff in the drawers and outside compartments. Even the onboard Onan 3.2 kw generator fired right up. It runs on the propane system. It has a new fridge with automatic change over 'tween gas and electric. New tires and batteries in slide out tray. Outside black water tank flush connection. Satellite dish isn't hooked up and couldn't get the tv antenna to connect, but I guess I can't expect everything to work perfectly. Something to tinker with. Wifey loves it and said that she isn't going to go back to tenting, ever!!! Surprising since how much trouble I had getting her to turn loose of the $3500.00. Hitch was included. All the owners manuals and receipts are in a binder. My best friend said that I stole it.
