Thanks 007, this is what I was looking for. We had the bedroom slide that was not installed right and it cracked the side wall and the roof was comming up in the front. These problems Northwood fixed. The water heater would not work on AC and the telephone jack was not connected. These two things I fixed myself. I guess not too bad for a new trailer.
thanks,
Tom

Wow, this is just a great help. Especially because our dealer is a thousand miles from home. We had planned to camp nearby a couple days looking for flaws anyway, and then to visit friends for a few more days a couple horus away, giving us another opportunity to return to the dealer before heading home. But this gives us great guidance. Thanks. It will be interesting to see how this dealership reacts to this thorough PDI, in light of their having multiple top dealership awards from the industry.

Just make sure he follows through before money changes hands.
Most PDI lists cover everything needed if you have a question about something post it on the board.
Good luck and welcome to irv2.

That is a great list to follow through with. I'll keep that around for the next unit. Cheers
