Post the picture you have it will automatically be downsized to board requirements, an added feature with a bigger picture is it can be clicked on to view larger for those who desire to do so.

Brian, I had the same problem and received an error that the file was too large. I had to edit my file (I just used paint) and reduced the file to 50. If you need help please feel free to pm me and I would be happy to go step by step.
