I think Pam and I are setup for the trips now. Traded in our 16 year old Electra TT (Thor) and '08 Toyota Tundra for our current setup; '10 Dodge Ram Cummins dually, 38' Stoneridge (Kz). Looking forward to seeing some area we have never visited..Utah for one. So far, I have to say the 5'ver pulls nicely and easy to maneuver and park. Just gotta remember to "turn wide".

BTW, love the site and all the conversations, advice, and tips here!!

Congratulations! That is a fine rig for sure. 10-4 on the wide turns. Our 5er wheels track a good 8' inside the truck duals in a sharp turn. Strangely, I have found that I can back into a site better from the "blind side" with our 40' 5er than the driver side. That was not the case with our 30' 5er.
As for places not yet seen, they are just over the horizon, or around the next bend in the road.

Belated Congrats. Glad to see you didn't try a cut corners and get a TV to small for your 5er. You'll love the Dually, except when it comes to finding a parking space. We generally park out away from the masses and just walk the extra distance.

That is a sweet set up, a major upgrade from your Thor and Toyota. Congratulations. We love our Ram diesel.

Same here--back in blind side and always hit my mark. Backing from drivers side I tend to over steer. Don't know why but I think it's because when I go blind side I only use the mirrors but from the drivers side I tend to look out the window and watch the 5er.
I'm happy to see another KZ owner. Hope you enjoy yours as much as we do ours.

Nice looking rig you got there. Safe travels and I'm sure that you will never run out of new places to see if you keep your eyes open.
