Sherline Scale and having a ProPride hitch to weigh tongue

How do I go about weighing this setup on a ProPride hitch? (I have the Sherline scale)


These are the figures for the weights related to the TV and the TT:
I have a 2012 Cruiser Viewfinder RBDS22:
Hitch weight= 445#
Dry weight= 4535#
GVWR= 6045#
Cargo capacity=1510#

The TV is a 2009 Ford Expy EL 4X4 5.4L V8(Eddie Bauer):
Maximum GCWR=15000#
Trailer weight maximum=8700#
Maximum tongue weight=920#(with weight dist.)
