Bought 2018 Windsport 31Z in Dec. sat until April and went on 1st trip. created list of problems for warranty service. Took 8 weeks to get it in and lost 2 camping trips waiting for parts. Now dealer has had it for 3 weeks and still no parts. From Indiana to Penna., I should have driven to Thor home office and parked it at front door. Dealer is Camping World, Harrisburg,Pa.. Absolutely terrible to deal with.

Bought a new 2018 Windsport and so far made one trip in April. Made a list of minor repairs and took it to dealer ( Harrisburg, CW ) It has been there 7 weeks now and still not done. Extremely bad parts department and calling THOR Enterprises who assured me all parts would be expedited ! Yeh 7 weeks ???? They also ruined the inverter trying to modify it , guess what - another part.
