My eye balls just popped out of my head at those pics of your new coach.

It's amazing. It looks like a home from Housewives of the OC. Congratulations!!

I fell in love with a 2010--42W at Lazydays a year ago, with burgundy on it, but it was only a dream so I settled on a 2008 Discovery 40 X. Welcome to Fleetwood , and I see that its from Smithville,Ontario, I'm up the road in Flamborough.

We loved our Phaeton for three and a half years and 32,000 miles and we really did shed a tear when we walked away from our Steed. Whoever buys it is getting one h*ll of a Coach for a great price! Now we have to change our name and leave the Tiffin family to join the Fleetwood one - oh well, new friends and stories to share I'm sure.
Please tell me how you like the coach. I am in the process of trading in our 07 Discovery on a 11 42W this week. We almost ordered a 12 Pheaton QBH and found this deal that was a better price. I think the AC Rev is a little above the Phaeton and would love to hear your comments. I put a deposit on the coach yesterday and am a little nervous. We bought ours new and have loved it, my wife just wants a stacker WD and I want a tag!

First, congratulations on whatever you wind up buying. I really don't think there's any comparison between the Phaeton and the Revolution, not in any way at all actually other than the Spartan MM chassis, assuming the Phaeton has one. The Revolution compares squarely to the Allegro Bus in most People's opinion. The Discovery 42 or the providence 42 blow the Phaeton out of the water too I think? I don't know where you're buying from but our Dealer has a few Providences (42') in stock that I know he's anxious to sell before the snow flies here. He also has a Revolutin 42T (2011) which is now the biggest selling Revolution model. PM if you wish and I'll give you more info. as I know I can get you a heck of a deal on any of these coaches. Regardless of where you buy the Revolution though you'll find it hands down better than the Phaeton and we thoroughly love and enjoyed our '08 42QRH for three and a half years. Good luck.

We made the deal on the 42w. I think we made the right choice. It is a nice unit with some impressive equipment. I would like to talk to you sometime about your coach. I mainly wanted to know if you were impressed with the Rev over the Phaeton....and it sounds like you wouldn't go back to one if all things were equal?

Absolutely right. The Phaeton is an amazing Coach especially now with the Cummins 400 on a Spartan MM chassis. But it in no way compares to the Revolution or I would have kept it. There are literally dozens of ways and areas that the Rev is far superior to any Tiffin Product, including the Zephyr (in my opinion and given the price differential). We drove ours from Toronto to St. Augustine, Florida and back the first month we owned and it was great, but that was the "shakedown cruise". We dropped it off at the factory on the way back along with our "punch list". Once everything was completed a great coach became an amazing coach. Good luck with yours and feel free to exchange ideas / comments / questions.
