I am also looking to trade my 11 Phaeton for a Rev. The phaeton is wearing me out with issues.

Can I ask what the main issues are? We had a '12 QBH all ordered up and just prior to our deposit, we found the Rev and it just seemed built and finnished better. Bigger engine, better frame, Aquahot, AGM batteries, you name it, even tires were upgraded from the Tiffin. I understand we were supposed to compare the Revolution with the Tiffin Bus, but when the amount difference with our trade was very close to the same, it just seemed like the right choice. We really haven't had a chance to use it yet, just a small sub zero weekend to Whistler, but so far I can't complain.

I have had over 50 + issues including a flooded bedroom on day 4 and the entrance stairwell rotted stairs and mold on the steps step sides and the wall around entrance door at 5 months. 3 tries to fix it before all was good. I am headed back to Lazy Days for 11 new items in Jan that include the roof radius trim to side wall joint coming off that will cause water leaks. The Freightliner chassis has been very good.

I am very shocked not to see a few call Bob and go to Red Bay, where I have been once, comments, and all will be good. It will never be all good for 1/4 million dollars. This Phaeton is a great product built with non caring hands and little QC on the line at Red Bay.
