Vintage 1986 Toyota Clipper

Just picked this up for short trips and the like. Only has 14k miles and in general great condition. These old units always have issues. All leaks repaired long ago, but some inside panels should be replaced for me to be happy. Surprisingly, the dinette and driver cab area very roomy for larger folk and very comfortable. The driver cabin is almost perfect condition, except for the overhead fabric that has old water damage. On the list for replacement.

The previous owner installed a brand new 13.5 btu air unit....Nice!!!

New CareFree side awning!!

New shocks, gas tank, all kinds of engine hoses, belts, plug wires, plugs, cap, rotor. Took very good care. Has the uber reliable 22RE efi four cylinder engine. Brakes are outstanding. Has the correct, possibly recalled 6 lug 1 ton, dual bearing axle with center hub. If you see one with only 5 lugs on the rear...Run...do not walk away. Rear air bag suspension complements the leaf springs. Custom rear bumper with tool chest. Have a leak in the driver side air system. Will address that asap.

Very solid unit. All fiber glass side walls and metal roof. 30 amp setup.

A good bit to do, but, overall a really nice little cruiser...tires all the same and four years old.

Classic little rig but if that is your Endeavor I would think you may have a hard time going off in this little thing.

The Endeavor is mine and is always the primary if my mom can make any of our local campgrounds within 200 miles and our planned long distance vacations.

The Toyota is for when she can't make the shorter trips. I doubt I would take this to Florida.

Thumbs up

I so much love those old Toyota RV's. If I was ever going to go to a Class C, that would be the type of one. Enjoy!
