Any input? The unit looks like new rug was not even dirty. Any Idea on value? Any known problems with this make or model?

You can check the price at NADA . You will need to know the year, model number and options and which are considered standard.

Jayco is generaly considered a mid-line RV and is generally good quality.

We've owned 2 Jayco 5th wheels - a 1996 Designer 3030RKSS and a 2000 Designer XL 3610RLTS. The Legacy was originally an upgrade package on the Designer that replaced the XL package, and later Jayco spun the Legacy off as a stand-alone model positioned above the Designer.

Both Jaycos we've owned have been good, solid units. The only problems we've had were related to buy-out items (e.g., a Todd Engineering power converter, a Norcold cooling unit, etc.) and were handled by Jayco promptly.

Jayco has a 2+3 warranty - 2 year bumper-to-bumper and 3 year structural. You might want to see about getting the warranty transferred if the Legacy is a 2004.

Rusty (oops - posted under my wife's login!)
