I have a Voyage 35L Great Coach. check your sewer service bay and see if there is a gap from underneath where you can see light in bedroom. Do you have the W24 chassis?

Yes is W 24 and no I don't see any gap/light, at this time.It seems pretty well insulated, last tikme I was under, .
I do have different problem , though. Does your cabinet beside the stove have an "L" shape and forms a peninsula that retracts with the slideout?

We have a 2005 Voyage with the 38-J floorplan, and the only real issue with the 38-J floorplan is that eventually the aft end of the drivers side slide will eventually sink, and if not readjusted, or if the plastic sliders are not replaced when necessary, the slide can catch when it is going in, and damage the slide mechanism to the tune of about $1000, Otherwise, I believe it is the best floorplan out there.
