0 to 60 in 30 Seconds

0 to 60 in 30 Seconds

Timed my acceleration getting on the freeway the other day.

Flat ground and no wind.

2004 Worhorse 8.1 with Allison transmission.

I'm about 25,800 lb with the toad.

Anybody else ever time their takeoff time?

I tried that quarter mile thing, once. Had to pull over and let the blood come back into my eyeballs... I looked down at the dog and she didn't have a wrinkle on she face...and she's a Shar-Pei.

Today I got to test my speed with no toad.

Same conditions...level and no wind.

Shaved five seconds off to 25 seconds
