2014 RV Park Directory

I keep getting e-mails from Customer Service telling me that I need to claim my 6 free-bonus guides or my discount savings pass which would allow me to camp in RV parks throughout North America for as little as $10 a night and then a link to click on to collect the free benefits. Is this just spam, a scam or is it legit?

Thanks for any insight on this.

If the e-mail just says "Customer Service" and doesn't tell you the name of the company I would say it is a scam. I would not click on the link.

Thanks so much for your replies. I was pretty sure it was a scam but since we are newbies I just wanted to check. Hopefully no one will fall for it.

Most email programs have a feature to open the message source for viewing/printing. I know Outlook/hotmail displays the true sender if you mouse-over the displayed sender name.

No need to even carry the old fashioned books with the smart phones. They are much more current.
