Question 2018 Vegas 25.2 stuck running lights

I have an interesting problem... The running lights on my coach will not turn OFF unless I remove the fuse from the fusebox in the driver's area by the brake pedal on the firewall. The "original" fuse was removed by service and they said it was burned/fused together. Also both of the tail lights on my tow dolly had blown.
We had been driving in very heavy rain that day (of course that should not make a difference ). I even removed the plug from the back of the Headlight switch to see if it helped.... the lights stayed on!
I know there must be an expert out there!!

Try unpluging the trailer connector. It may be shorted and backfeeding.

If it is a 2018 is it not still under warranty ? A bad ground or water in the trailer lights could had caused the relay to overheat and fuse together. The dealer should be able to tell you where that chassis relay is located.

Sometimes warranty service is 100s of miles away and weeks of wait time.

If its a simple fix, why go thru that ?
