You will have absolutely no problem pulling that small trailer. Your RV is small to begin with and adding the trailer you'll only be at 30' or so. You'll fit easily in the sites. As you said, just unhook the trailer on the road at your site and wheel it back on the site then back your RV in. That's how folks towing a car deal with unhooking it. It's not going to take long to do so and RVers are understanding folks.

Don't worry about parks not allowing it. Monster million dollar motorhomes quite often pull a much longer trailer than yours for their stuff.
