What most people do not know about the "minimum 3 night stay" is that it does not exist.

What they have is a minimum 3 night BILLING.

So if it's say 50 dollars a night for the site you want, You hand him 150 bucks, stay 2 nights and go home.

Fact: I helped a couple with a weekend in Las Vegas.. the hotel they wished to stay at (30 miles out) was booked solid, no vacencies, So I found them a room closer to town (ON THE STRIP to be precise) turns out though that that hotel had a 3-night minimum.

3 nights at the hotel ON THE STRIP, within walking distance of everywhere they wised to go, cost the same as 2 nights 30 miles out of town. So they stayed the 2 nights, and paid for 3, and returned happy.

Yep, that's exactly it. They aren't gonna lose out on any revenue, that's for sure.

During the summer, the vast majority of the cabins for rent up by the lake are by the week only. Whether you stay the full week is up to you, but you're charged for a full week.

There is great need for a sarcasm font.
