33' Voyage Window Fogging

Hi/ Has anyone had fogging between the glass problem, we have this in our Voyage on the passengers window makes viewing side mirror difficult sometimes. What if anything can be done to correct, I have replaced double glazed windows in the house due to same thing the gas between glass disperses through a leaky seal and then moisture builds and causes a problem. Any suggestions if this can be repaired or will have to replace with new window.

Depending on where you are, there are several companies who deal in resealing the thermopanes on RVs---RVFogDoctor in Searcy, AR, is one I know of. Couple in FL also, as I understand.

We used this facility a few years back, and are very satisfied. They disassemble your widows and use what is claimed to be a better seal. Also, they have camping spots with electricity and a dump station.

It's a common problem in dual pane glass in Rvs. The road vibration and twisting breaks the seal between the panes and moisture gets in. The windows can be removed, cleaned and resealed, or the entire window can be replaced. Shops like Suncoast Designers in FL or RV Fog Doctor in AR specialize in that, but there are many others around the country. Figure about $200 per window to get them fixed (that includes removal & reinstall).
