3M membrane & member plaques

Has anyone used double sided tape to hold their FMCA and Good Sam plaques to the 3M membrane on the front of the MH? If so how did it work out? As per 3M's instructions I've been spraying the membrane with 303 and so far it looks good. Would like to mount the plaques on the front though.

I've seen it done however where you place the double side tape, wipe the clear 3M with rubbing alcohol to get rid of the 303. Also, go to Home Depot or any good hardware store and buy 3M double side tape. They have 2 different kinds, standard and heavy duty. The heavy duty tape is black with a red covering to keep the tape from sticking to itself. The standard duty tape is grey with the red covering. The black tape if absolutely great.
