5th wheel slide screeches

We have a 2014 keystone Laredo. When we put one of the big slides in it scrapes making a loud screeching noise. We put dry lube on arm and teeth, but still has same noise. any ideas?

Something is obviously wrong if it's making that much noise... With the room out, step back 50 feet or so and observe how "level" the room is along the top and sides in relation to the opening. Make the same observations with the room 1/2 in and fully closed. Does it look fairly level? As it's opening or closing does the room wobble or cock quite a bit from side to side?

It is possible that room is just out of adjustment or something more serious has happened such as a roller in the guides has broken or come loose.

Spray some of the silicon rubber gasket lube on the seals when slide is in and out. Mine would sqeak and I did this and it slides in and out with ease now. Jim

Get it back to the dealership, there's something not right there that likely cant be solved in the back yard.
