I keep it around 62-65. I kept up with mileage and speed on a spreadsheet for 4 months. I get much better mileage at 62-65. Big correlation with increased speed of 3 mph shows large drop in mileage of .7 mpg. So for me and my mh 62-65 is the honey spot.
