I have interacted with Marcus one time - he promoted a return of some of my service bill expenses from a CW that just didn't do me right and I'm appreciative of that.

In the context of this - the reader numbers for this thread aren't all that many so the few positive comments shouldn't be taken as an "indictment that they still aren't doing enough" - I couldn't agree more that he needs to be reading aware of these threads and 1) acknowledge those CW facilities earning praise and 2) busting the chops of those being "phoo-phood."

There are so many variables, mostly caused by humans, that contribute to the receipt of a "phoo-phooing" or a "job well done," uncovering the "truth" may require the forensic services of Abby on NCIS. However, I'd LOVE to find out Marcus is singling out those CW facilities that do receive positive, unsolicited comments AND asking site GMs to get involved when that store gets bashed.
