A Word About RV Upgrades

Recently, I purchased two items from RV Upgrades. The first, a Progressive Industries 50 Amp portable EMS surge protector and second, a 50 amp power cord. They came in two shipments from two different vendors. I received a tracking number for UPS from the first one by email and a follow-up call from a nice representative from RV Upgrades advising me of the tracking number and providing a shipping date for the power cord.

This is my first order from RV Upgrades and I know that they have been long time sponsors of IRV2. I just wanted to report concerning their outstanding customer service and plan on using them in the future.

Bob

X2 ordered from them many times. Always fast delivery. Good prices and selection for things ya need. For a bunch of things nobody needs - try CW.

Thanks for the info. I will be in the market for base plates in the near future and will check here as well as elsewhere.

I also have had great experiences with this company. I've made a few purchases from them and recommend them for sure.

I agree with all the above posts, great company to do business with, and a long time sponser of irv2. The next time you need an item for your RV, I would recommend checking with RV UPGRADES first.

I guess I do not read the advertizements on here. is this the right site? http://www.rvupgradestore.com I remember reading threads on here about unhappy people after they have ordered baseplates and have been trying to decide where to purchase mine. if that is the right site you guys have just made another sale for them.

Sometimes I have the items before it even hits the credit card.

I've used them for almost every RV related purchase I have made. I've even asked them if they have a particular item and when they don't they have gotten it at a small discount still.

I just checked them out. The prices are ok... but whoa they nail you on shipping. Seriously? $13 to ship 3 2pk cord minders and a porch light by ground? It's pretty sad when shipping is more then 2/3s of the order total ($18)... especially on light weight things like these. I guess I'll keep looking.
