Not close, but we have been using Escapees mail service and like it fine.

There are many mail forwarding services. I use St. Brendan's Isle out of Fl. but you do not need to live there to use the service.

I would go with Escapees. They will give you a legal address. We did that until we changed our domicile to South Dakota. You will have to register your RV and any other vehicles in Texas if you want to use it as your permanent address. You will also need a Texas drivers license.

We now have an "address" in SD. We rent out our house in MI so we couldn't use that address. We would have gone with SD anyways because insurance and registration is a lot cheaper.

I think your present Post Office will only forward your mail for six months, could be wrong on that though.

Are you planning on traveling part of the year and returning to your present location?

Do you have a legitimate address right now for an Oregon drivers license and registration?

If you are in Oregon for part of the year you can have the P.O. forward the mail to an Escapees mail box when you are on the road. All you have to do is call or e-mail Escapees and tell them where you want them to send your mail. When you get back to Oregon you go to your P.O. and tell them to stop forwarding your mail.
