If it came on the Freightliner chassis, call FCCC and ask them for it. 1-800-FTL-HELP and have the last 6 digits of your VIN handy. Help is available 24/7. Their parts dept is fast and fair on pricing.

If you have a Local Freightliner dealer they can pull it up from the vin#. I had to replace my Condenser coil and they pulled it right up. It is a chassis part.

Part number is correct but out of date. Looking for better source than Freightliner. (Costly). Evans distributor not much better.

Did you have any luck in locating a replacement part? I have the same fan and part number and need a replacement as well.

Thanks!
Dave

We had to replace one of our freightliner dash air condenser fan motors. I can not locate the details, now, but fairly sure we removed the bad condenser fan motor assembly, went to a local auto/truck ac shop & purchased a similar complete fan assembly. Probably one which they might add in front of a radiator on some unit that was not cooling well. Can't remember if we just robbed the motor out of the assembly or modified the mounting to make it work. All worked out well for us.

Got cooling fan from either freightliner, Spartanburg, SC or ARG Parts (Fleetwoood). Will have to find paperwork to be sure. ARG phone number 800-322-8216.

Thanks for the info. Ended up getting a universal 16inch fan from Advance Auto and doing a small amount of fabricating to replace the old fan. Much cheaper and works great.
