I have read many posts of lousy service either by a dealer
or service centre. I quit using two of our "local" thieves
and was forced into trying another. I say forced due to the fact that
they are the only Aquahot service centre within a few hundred miles.

I explained my past "bad" experiences and they said they would
hope to change my mind. That being said I have had good and bad
service from them.

The last trip I booked well in advance and told them they could
have the coach for four days to do the servicing I asked for.
We went through the list and he said "no problem".

Picked the coach up and was told they could not do most of the work
as they had other stuff come up.
I said that my fuel bill would be $100 every time I needed to return
for sloppy work, work not done, etc.
Obviously they did not like that.
I had to return to get some other work done, looked at the bill,
and told him to deduct $100.

After a few tense moments he did.

Everybody needs to make these people accountable for their service.
They charge enough to hire qualified techs.

I agree
I have flatly refused to pay 2 ridiculously high service bills, (and gotten them reduced by $100 and $750).
BTW, service shops that pay only minimum wage can't get qualified techs to work for them.
