Cool Accumulator tank settings

Ok heres what I got.

To start trying to get cut in pressure of pump.
set A tank to 10 psi, charged system to cut out tank reading 52psi. Turned pump back on and drained system until pump came on, then shut of pump and closed tap. Tank reading 42 psi assume cut in pressure minus 10psi = 32. Set a tank to 3psi below 32psi 29 psi recharged system until cut off A tank psi back at 52. I have a good flow of water for about 20 seconds before the pump cuts back in. In your opinion are these presures seem right. I assuming that if I had 10 psi at the tank with the system uncharged that if the pump setting 45 from factory I should be at 55 approx correct. So using that analgy at 30 psi I should have 75 correct. At 10 psi and at 30 on the tank (preset) the pump sutters or skips just before it shuts off Normal? Trying to determine if pump is failing before I go on my next trip.

Ps I did have a instance where the pump wouldn't shut off this is why I am checking the system, I isolated the Atank pump cyccled fine noiser than before. added tank back into system haven't that issure of not shutting off again just the above readings

Any thoughts or suggestions

Thanks
