Acronyms

Since I have joined this wonderful forum I began to notice that I was befuddled with some of the shorthand acronyms that were being bandied about here. DW comes to mind. I suspected that it was a reference to the spouse but, try as I might, I couldn't figure it out. Thankfully it was explained to me by an "in the know member".
So I was wondering, would you please consider adding any acronyms that you know of and follow it with the description so newbies like me won't be racking our brains trying to figure out what exactly is being referenced.
TY ( thank you )

DW is dear wife,
Here is a link to many others. http://www.seeya-downtheroad.com/Inf.../Acronyms.html

I'd like instructions on all of the little moving heads.

That's it! Thanks! I have saved it. I'm surprised at how many of them I knew. I guess it was the "DW" that just had me guessing that I was way out of the loop. But after reading this, I guess I'm not that far out of the loop.

My wife, a RN, has been calling me SOB since my recent open heart surgery. I recently discovered it stands for Short Of Breath.
