action credit services

Anyone have experience with Action Credit Services? Their rep contacted me and offered to buy my class A. I want to complete due diligence before contracting with ACS. Thanks.

I never expect good things from coin-operated cold-call folks. Plenty of other viable options. How about a reputable consignment lot?

I don't trust any company that can't keep their website working. They have had issues since the day of the 1st post.

If I were in need of someone to help me rid myself of an RV quickly I would google "dreams for sale rv"

Almost surely a scam. No reputable RV re-seller is making cold calls to buy used RVs, especially at retail prices. Dealers buy wholesale, whether at auctions or by taking trade-ins. They can't buy yours at retail prices and expect to make money on a resale.

Just tell him to wire the full asking price to your bank and you will transfer title once the funds have cleared. Ignore any schemes where he sends a check or has somebody else pick it up for delivery. He will probably stop calling . There are dozens of ways to scam this sort of thing, so don't get sucked into reasonable sounding but oddball arrangements.

I seem to recall seeing that name in an older thread,,

Though nobody was willing to label the company a scam...
THe confidence (In their ability to deliver as promoised) level approached basement levels.
