As a tire engineer I am interested in developing some statistics on the actual load on RV tires.
I have found a number of posts with axle weights but I know that very few vehicles have a 50/50 side to side load.
If you have had your rig weighed with individual scales for each position I would appreciate knowing the results.
I don't need info on the make or model RV or even the size tire as I am only interested in learning how much out of balance different type RVs are.
Your post or PM me with this basic info
Example
TYPE Class-A or Class-C
RF - 3212#
LF - 3810#
RR - 8111#
LR - 9100#
If you have a Tag please include
RT - 3210#
LT - 3222#

If you have a 3 axle trailer
RF - 3212#
RM - 3810#
RR - 3111#
LF - 3100#
LM - 3210#
LR - 3222#
If only 2 axle just leave the middle axle info blank or 0 or remove

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

At the 2009 iRV2.com National Rally, we did 4-corner weighing as the RV's entered the campground. I think most of the 46 rigs got weighed. I don't have access to my numbers (the sheet is in the coach which in storage now), but other members who attended & see this thread might post theirs. Stay tuned.

It would also be interesting to know the max rating of the tires.

I will PM my last 5th wheel trailer scaled individual tire weights. I think the majority of trailers are very near the tire maximum weight rating. I no longer use OEM 235/80R16 LR E, tire size. I now run LT235/85R16, LR G Sailun tires if that makes a difference.

30' Winnebago Sightseer on an 18000 lb F53 Chassis.

GAWR=7000 lbs front – 11000 lbs rear

Front R – 2920 L – 3040 Total – 5960 Diff = 120
Rear R – 5360 L – 5360 Total – 10720 Diff = 0
Total – Frnt=5960 Rear=10720 for 16680 Total

I'm loaded for the road with half tank of water and full fuel. As you can see I'm close to max in the rear. Propane tank is full, on the right front and accounts for 76 lbs of the front difference. Left two front bays probably only have about 50-75 lbs of stuff in them. Both front seats are occupied, no other passengers.

Tireman9...
The RV Safety Foundation weighs hundreds of RV annually. They keep statistics too. They might be willing to share with you.

Our 40 DP Class A is:

RF = 5000
LF = 5100

RR = 9750 (I think the 3 coach and 2 chassis batteries are the culprit)
LR = 9150

I asked last year when I wanted to start this investigation. Turns out that the data is considered the "property" of the companies that sponsor RVSEF. I am working that angle but in the mean time am hoping to collect data directly from users.
