Adding awning screen to 12v Travel'r

Newbie looking for some knowledge. I have a used 2014 Thor ACE with a 13 ft 12v Carefree Travel'r patio awning. Just purchased a Shadepro 2 piece sun screen to add to awning roller accessory track. My issue is the motor and idler head covers do not allow access to the track, only about less than an inch clearance. Any suggestions? do I have to dismantle the motor cover to slide the screen into track? I have sent an email off to Carefree but no response yet. Hitting the road for a long weekend in a southeast Florida state park so will have time to work with it there. Any thoughts greatly appreciated.

Thumbs up

Well it all worked out. Carefree manufacturer of Travl'r awning responded to email complete with PDF instructions. Needed to over-extend awning roller some to match accessory track to slot on top of idler head and slide ShadePro drop into place. The ShadePro awning design is a 2 piece design with 6 ft screen body that zips into a "drop". All in all took 10 minutes. Being a newbie, didn't know the slot was on top or that I could over extend the awning. Lesson learned. Love the ShadePro design. Just unzip the body to retract awning and stow the screen body.
