Address issues

What solutions are available for an acceptable legal address for a full timer to use? For the DMV and similar? I'm constantly on the move. Thanks

No problems with Escapees RV Club's mail forwarding. Financial institutions are fine with it.

Several states (SD, TX and FL) make it relatively easy to establish residency, and none of those states has state income tax. Those states also have mail forwarding services (SD has the most) that have physical addresses (not a PO box) that are accepted by the respective states as legal addresses. There are a few other hoops to jump through because of the recent Real ID Act, but the mail forwarding services all have info on their websites telling you what is required.

If you're under Medicare age and need to purchase you own medical insurance that's where you'll really have to do your homework. Things have changed greatly since Obamacare and definitely not for the best for full-timers. You need a plan where you can travel freely. South Dakota is now not known for having good medical plans for this purpose.

What state is your domicile now? Registrations/license?

"Acceptable to the DMV" depends on which state DMV you are talking about. They each make their own rules...
