Aerbus Slides and Jacks

Our 1999 Aerbus has been providing us with great service. We recently made a short move inside the same rv park. Everything worked. Now, at the new site, the jacks won't go down. We checked all fuses wecould find, brought the oil resevoir back up to one inch below the fill hole. No leaks, jacks look good, Found two fuxes next to motors under the hood. Found a fuse described as F10 in good shape. Tried lowering with engine on and off, withgenerator on, cleaned terminals to battery. Hear clicking sound T the two little motors under the hood but no action to the jacks. What has happened.?

Not sure I can offer much beyond checking the obvious.

Is emergency brake engaged?

HWH switch (by the control levers) on?

Slide switch on dash on?

Transmission in park?

If all the above are right, you may want to try actually starting the engine. If the voltage is low on the battery, you mat not have enough voltage to get the pump motor to engage. The alternator will fix that issue.

Unfortunately, my manuals are in storage with the RV. Check your HWH literature and see if it offers any other diagnostics.

Hope all works out!
