After the hurricane

It's a sad shame flooded mobile homes and RV's will go up for sale and unwitting people will walk right into a dream killing scenario.

In California we have laws requiring disclosure for these kinds of things.

There are all kinds of laws in every state, does not mean they will be followed! Too many crooks out there that wants fast buck!

Some of these may also be an opportunity for people with skills to get a fixer upper, if the water did not get in too far. Personally I suspect a lot of motorhomes will be totaled by the insurance company that would normally be considered repairable simply due to the lack of RV repair centers.
