Check the winterizing valves to make sure they are all in the right position. You may have one still in the bypass setting. Water to the heater but the bypass valve is feeding the rest of the TT system.

A kind RVer on this form posted about the problem where you get exactly your symptoms if your outside shower knobs are not turned completely off. We had that issue (warm and then cold and the hot water tank was on, etc), and so we tried that and it was amazing! Worked like a charm. Since your RV's on/off knobs were probably turned on while servicing the shower, they may have left either the hot or cold turned on - definitely worth checking out. It saved us a service call - time and money!

Many shower heads have a knob on the back to turn water flow off. The situation you describe can happen if the control knobs on the faucet are on, but the knob on the shower head is off. When a faucet is turned on elsewhere in the RV, cold water will mix with hot through the outside faucet.
