We installed Air Tabs on our '34 MH, and found they did essentially nothing for fuel efficiency (maybe over many many miles, like in a fleet situation it would add up) but that it improved stability.
Really helped with the "suck and blow" action when being passed by semis.

How many trucks have you seen with them? That should answer the question...
