Another New RV Television Program

A new RV program called Big Time RV starts Sunday the 27th on the Travel Channel. It looks like it may be another display of over-the-top motorhomes which doesn't interest me in the least, but time will tell.

Played the trailer for the show. If you aint no rock star, it is just glitz. No reality for the rest of us.

Unfortunately that's what it looks like it might be to me as well.

Bring back Stew!

With all of the Baby Boomers coming into the market all of the "Big" RV shows are geared to the new RV purchasers as that is where the money is. One thing I can take away from the new shows is easy to do upgrade ideas.

Wait, I did upgrade and bought one of the new RV's after 10 years with a 2002 I still enjoy seeing what I can do to make it better for not much money.

DW likes the new shows for decorating ideas....her hobby, without going shopping.

Watched the first episode which pretty much featured Lazy Days. Not impressed, removed it from my DVR schedule.

Second episode, more Lazy Days.......yawn.

Yea, that guy was an idiot.. I wish they went into a little more detail on the coach features, upgrades, closeups, etc. Less drama and fake dialogue. Sigh.

Our dance instructors, who live full time in a new 37' Georgetown, will be featured in an upcoming Big Time RVs. They filmed it in May

Watched the one that the guy says "I want 500 hp for under 400K. Dumb a$$ salesman shows him a few not meeting him requirements and then hangs him out on a 600K rig.
I dealt with one of the LazyDays guys in Tucson and as soon as the high pressure started I walked-don't need that kind of treatment.
