ANTS!

Thought this was a good reason for a new thread
We found some stuff that ends all problems with ants whether one day camp or weeks. We use Amdro. We sprinkle it around the trailer or if we find ant hills we put some right around the hole and they pick it up immediately and take it down inside. Next morning- NO ants at the hole. Works like magic. We sprinkle it with a jar used to put pepper flakes on pizza. Get it at Wally World.

I've filed that info away and will get some. Seems everywhere you go there are ants and DW would go crazy if a bunch made their way into the RV. I looked at the web page for the stuff and it describes the product as a stop for fire ants. Will it work on any ants or just fire ants?

Thanks for the tip! I'm sure we can all use that one!

There is one type just for "regular" ants that we use. Haven't seen the fire any stuff yet because the jug we bought is 2 years old and still working strong, It doesn't take that much to be effective. Just a pinch or two on each hill. They may have a new one for fire ants. I'll look at Wally World and see. We live in the desert and have lots of ant hills that disappear with this stuff. Used it on our 9 week RV trip last year also.
This stuff really is like candy to them and then they're dead. Once you drop it on an ant hill, the next day, no more ants come out to play, Big ants, small ants, it doesn't matter.
