Look up Alamo dental clinic on Google.

What I like most about Alamo is that they have all the different disciplines right there under one roof.

They have a loyal following, and there may be a fairly long wait but once treatments are started, things move fast.

You might want to check the "Rambling Man" blog on seattlepi.com. I seem to recall a piece, in the last three months or so about dentistry in the Mexican border area, where he could park the RV on the US side and walk across.
