Anybody know what these are called? Where to buy ?

I have a broken one at the corner of the front end cover. Some are rivet & some are screws that attach them to the body.
There metal. I have plastic ones at the wheel coverings. got a couple of those bent that I'd like to replace.

What the heck are these things called? or better yet, Where can I buy them.? Links do help.

Thanks guys, Love the site so far

I've had luck finding them at Boat dealer parts depts. As a local source. McMaster Carr is the Amazon of hardware.
