Anyone have a full size foldable ping pong table??

Many options

We actually carry a regulation billards table on the roof. However a google surch for folding table tennis turned up these results. Most sites state fold up size. There are some after school smaller versions that might fit the bill better due to storage space size.

ping pong table folding frame - Google Search

Good Luck!

With out building the PP Table yourself it may be difficult to fit a standard table in your storage bay.

sounds like you are putting the table before the rv.
it would make more since to buy the rv and load with necessities first and then see how much room is left for "toys". you may be surprised how fast it fills

Next question, when you get one to fit the storage bay, where are you going to set it up to play?
