Anyone have problems with Coach Net?

I signed up with them back in September and have never received ANYTHING in the mail from them. I emailed them in October and still haven't heard anything. How do you get proof that you have their service? I called today and she said, "we mailed cards to you in September and October." Right! Then why do I not have them?? Ugh! At this point, I'm ready to cancel my membership. I am not a happy camper. If I can't even get my membership cards, how on earth will they be if I have an emergency?

I signed using about two weeks ago, I received my cards about a week ago. I don't believe Coach Net is responsible for USPS. All you really need is the phone number anyway.

The very first time I ever had to use Coach Net, I had only been a member for about a week, didn't have the cards either. I did have their phone number programmed into my phone. Called, explained problem, they took care of me.

I agree, can't blame Coach Net for USPS delivery.

I'd recommend Coach Net to anyone.

Coach Net also has an app for iPhone. And probably Android as well, although not sure on that.
Have used them three times, all for tire issues, no problems.

I've used Coach-Net for years and they have always been there for me. As you only need their phone number, I wouldn't worry about the cards.

So you don't need to show your card when they show up to help you? Well then I guess I wont worry about it if the cards still don't show up after the third try. I could see the post office messing up once, but twice? Hmmmm....

Ummmm it's the Post Office, the same one's that will lose another 7 billion again this year.

Call Coach Net ask for your account number then program it into your cell, that's all you need

I put the app on my phone and it worked great. The member number is displayed when you pull up the app. I used it when the car broke down not the RV.

I have had Coach Net for years, used them twice and was very pleased both times. Called them, first question was I out of the road and in a save location. Next talked about problem and they suggested things to check. They then said they would call me back shortly. In about 15 minutes they called back with options on tow truck and repair facility. They arranged everything and the tow was covered each time. I would not leave home without Coach Net.

I've used them once and was not asked to show my card. They won't dispatch anything to you without getting your number first so, unless they suspect that you are not who you say you are, I don't see why the tow operator would confirm.

But, if you go i9nto their website, create an account and log in, you can print your own membership card on the left side menu.

I joined in Oct and used them twice a week later. They paid for part of a repair in once instance since I couldn't be towed (rear brake issue). The other one (the next day 200 miles away) they had a tow truck out to me within 2 hours (front brake issue).

I printed my card from the site when I joined and had my card from them in the mail 2 weeks later.

I installed the app and used it both times. You only need your membership number when you call them.

They weren't perfect in the first issue I had, but I'd say it was the best $89 I've ever spent.
