When we fail to plan we plan to fail and when we plan we fail and when we fail we plan and we plan we get sleepy and when we get sleepy we go to sleep and when we sleep we dream and when we dream we fly high in the sky and when we fly we don't plan on landing so we dodge the power lines on the way down and hit the ground hard and shake the bed and wake the DW and then we may as well get up and take care of business so we can get back to sleep to see if sleep returns and dream again to see what happens next so we can get up and have a cup of coffee and plan the day without failing cause we know if we fail to plan we plan to fail and then stuff like this happens.

Hey I think your plan failed.

We are here in the Desert. We went looking for a winter home yesterday ( when it is cold and raining at home it is 85 degrees here ) We found a house we really liked and I put a very low offer thinking we would get a counter offer and maybe be able to work out a deal. To our surprise they accepted my low offer. My wife was afraid I would insult the seller with my low offer. Now I am a hero
We bought a bottle of champagne to celebrate. When that was gone he hit the whisky.
We slept good last night.
We have a 3 week or sooner close of escrow.
Because of the holiday escrow will start Tuesday.
Yee re haaaa

Congratulations - hope you have lots of extra bedrooms. You could host the Thread Killers Ball with some of your savings.

Well, I had no plan so how could I fail?

Sounds like your plan worked. Will you be within a cannon shot of your job?

Will you name the house or will it be a house with no name?
