They are talking about building a dam in the middle to make two sides, good side and bad side. Good side for moving water to the west and bad side probably for cannon shots!

After getting shot into the bad side the shootee can get up and walk back to the shore.

Got to be careful in Florida. With all the sinkholes appearing you have to be careful where you land. Hate to cause another sinkhole to open.
