Oh the old questions, do we have a purpose, what is our purpose, will we succeed, will we know when we succeed, will we ever give up, will we ever surrender?

The answers my friends is blowing in the wind, the answers is blowin in the wind.

We need a plan.

We can then compare the action to the plan. If the action is not accomplishing the plan we can adjust the action.

Better yet if the action is not accomplishing the plan we can change the plan!

Gordon must have been in upper management. He just left out the part where you lay off all those that knew the original plan, the one that didn’t work, was his ideal.

Close. Worked for a software company. We built maintenance management systems for the field. Tracked work, costs, employee hours, equipment utilization, etc.
