I must not be ordering lobster in the right places, as to me it always tastes a slight bit rubbery. It could be that being a native Marylander, I was raised on crabs, and the texture is very different to lobster, so I might be unfairly comparing lobster to old chesapeake bay blues when I eat it.

Maybe I used the wrong word, but it is kinda. I don't think I have ever had lobster cooked just right yet though.

I've had little lobsters, aka Crawdads, but not the full-size. Mmm, now I've got a craving for Lobster and Donuts .

As kids growing up in Key West ,when we wanted lobster or conch ,we would go a couple hundred feet offshore and get a few.

We got tired of having shrimp and fish all the time...good steak was hard to get because it didn't come from the water.

Original Steak house was named "Chris Steak House" named after the fella that originally opened it. When it burned down, she wasn't able to use the name of Chris at the new address per the terms of her contract with the previous owner, so she renamed it Ruth's Chris Steak House.

Original steak house was in New Orleans, corner of Broad and Ursuline.

Ruth's full, maiden name was: Ruth Ann Udstad. Her last name when she passed was Fertel.
