I have never cooked it either, but I don't think the places I have ordered it did it right. I also doubt I've ever had Maine lobster, which most people say you aren't eatin' lobster if not from Maine. Dunno how true that is.

I think the correct terminology would be, you ain't eating big lobster if it's not from Maine.

I never did that,too many stories of people getting hurt,those old fisherman didn't play. Back in the day(60'sand 70's) there were so many lobster out there you would never go hungry unless you were too busy protesting something...

A branch of my family has roots along the 'anna coast, and down along Florida, we're part of the early, old French families from long ago....

One of these days, I'll visit . My island suffers from the same problem as NOLA, though we're below river level vs sea level .

Well, picked up some Hormel Corned Beef Hash (Store I was at wasn't my regular and didn't carry the Hereford Corned Beef Hash), so gonna fry up some has and eggs tomorrow for breakfast .
