Just because I'm paranoid, doesn't mean they're not out to get me!

I saw something like that many years ago when I was going through severe alcohol withdrawal. They went away when I turned the lights out.

It's ok when you see things like that. The trouble starts when you have conversations with them.

I'm lucky to be able to sleep for 3 hrs at a time, so I'm up/down at all hours. If insomnia doesn't keep me awake, heartburn wakes me up. I just took a 2 hour nap... at 7:30... am.

Is heartburn code for going pee... heard ya gotta do that often in the middle of the night the older you get.

Found out that working out after dinner helped with insomnia.

No, but having to pee wakes me up sometimes too. Cutting down on liquids several hours before bedtime cuts down on the "interruptions".

I don't have time to work out after dinner. That's when I go to bed. J/K.
